I absolutely love living at The Orchards at Arlington Highlands! The community is warm and welcoming, the residents are so friendly, and the staff is amazing. There’s always something fun to do, and the location is perfect close to shopping, dining, and everything I need. It truly feels like home.

This is a great place to live! The office staff is amazing and extremely helpful and (thank goodness for me) patient! The custodial and maintenance staff are wonderful, great at their jobs and friendly!!

It’s a great building. We successfully downsized and enjoy it here. When it’s hot outside it’s always fair and mid-70s with a light breeze inside.
