They think of it as an apartment, and the last apartment they were in might've been 40 or 50 years ago. I know that's the way I felt. I think we all should be diligent about calling these homes. That's what they are, and that's what they feel like. It is not my perception of what I thought an apartment was going to be... . I love my home here at the Orchards.

There are too many rules. The attitude is”them and us”. We are not the enemy. We are often treated as if we are stupid or children. Many of us have higher degrees and have held important jobs. Treat us with respect.
