No. It took 4 months to have someone get the prior tenant’s jam repaired.
It has taken 4 months to have my kitchen floor replaced. The bathroom floors are trip hazard for me. I have Parkinson’s and I’m 84. I do like the staff, manager here. They say they try it’s just not working for me. If someone from your office wants to call I’d be glad to talk to them.

I am also glad that you realize that Overture Ridgmar has gone above and beyond by tearing out and replacing perfectly good ceramic tile throughout your kitchen to replace... it with vinyl plank. This was done because we do care about you and want you to feel secure moving about in your home. Please know that my door is always open for not only yourself but all residents on this property.
