Arista is a beautiful property that I want to make my forever home. I want to see the property maintained & aesthetics are very important to me. I would love to see a little bit more effort put into the Brunches & Special Celebrations. It is a luxury building & rent is high. Because of that tenants expect things to be top tier. I am very happy I made Arista my home.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the response of the existing manager to our various concerns. However, leasing fees are flexible and not consistent from one person to another, and this is concerning.
And, we have been residents since the opening of Arista and have had four management teams in three years.

I’ve been in Arista for less than a month but I’m enjoying my residence. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I love the facilities and the activities. Frint desk people are very friendly and approachable .
I only wish the maintenance was done right in my apartment.
