The location of property is great and apt are very attractive. The sound proofing between floors is not sufficient. Noise is loud. Maintenence is good
However planning of events and quality of food served is very poor. Excuse is need to cut back on budget. No one on staff available to answer phone quiet often. Most of staff lack of experience and training for job. Constant turn over in management team in last 2 years. Problem with patio drainage not fixed after 2 yrs reporting. Parking... lots not organized or monitored adequately. Extra cars parked in lot, not enough handicapped parking spots and are used by non handicapped persons or family members use parking stickers even if not transporting the handicapped person.

Beautiful environment, spacious rooms, excellent maintenance services, community activities, and friendly residents are the reasons seniors enjoy living here.

I have been at Arista Riverstone for two years and more and am very, very satisfied with everything here. The property is beautiful, just like a resort! Personnel are friendly as are the residents. I highly recommend it to all.

Arista Riverstone is a great place to live and a great place to call your forever home. The amenities, interior and exterior cleanliness, grounds & hallways are well maintained. The Great Room/Dining Room is lovely & residents are kind and helpful.
