I’ve only lived here for 3 months. When I’m out and about, everyone introduces themselves to me. Even management are friendly and always takes time to listen to my questions or concerns. I’m so happy I made the decision to reside here. Best decision ever!

Our small Maintenance Team is GREAT!
Greystar Staff should increase their Maintenace Team for our large Resident Community.
Overall, it is necessary for ongoing upkeep, hygiene & cleanliness, etc. of this beautiful Community!!!
Incomprehensible & very upsetting to me why Greystar lacks taking much better care of Everleigh Forestwood!!!

I could not in clear conscience recommend this place to anyone right now! I don't think you want to market that! Most of us that have been here a long time are not happy! Elevator out for ove 2 month is inexcusable!

As previously mentioned in the emails I have sent to residents, I want to sincerely apologize for the prolonged inconvenience caused by two of the elevators being out of service. I understand how frustrating this experience has been, and I truly... regret the extended duration of the issue.
I have reached out to the elevator company to discuss how they can improve their processes to prevent such delays in the future, particularly regarding the timely delivery of parts
